Software: I generally edit in Word X, but have used Quark XPress, PageMaker, and Ventura Publisher.  Web-based materials can be produced in Dreamweaver MX. Files can be delivered zipped or through FTP. Readability Calculator has nine readability formulas, including Dale-Chall.
